Cancelling an order
Cancel any time before despatch at no cost. Once tracking is issued, the returns policy is the way back.
The timeline
Before packing
Cancel free of charge. Nothing has left the stockroom.
Being packed
Call +1 212-995-5895 — we can often still stop it at the bench.
After despatch
The order cannot be cancelled; use the returns process instead.
Refund issued
Nothing is withheld on a cancellation; the refund lands within five to seven business days.
How to cancel
Cancel by calling +1 212-995-5895 during Mon–Sun: 10:00 AM–6:00 PM, or by emailing [email protected] with the order number.
Cancellations by us
A cancellation from Pacific Aquarium & Plant Inc. comes with an explanation and the whole amount back. We will always ask before offering an alternative product.
