    Where we cannot supply what you ordered at the price shown, the order is refunded in full.

  5. Returns and cancellation

    Your rights to cancel and return are set out in the Cancellation Policy and the Refund and Returns Policy.

  6. Product information

    Descriptions are as accurate as Pacific Aquarium & Plant Inc. can make them. Images are representative and colour reproduction differs by device.

  7. Acceptable use

    Misuse of the site — disruption, scraping, fraud — will result in orders being refused by Pacific Aquarium & Plant Inc..

  8. Intellectual property

    All site content remains our intellectual property or that of our licensors.

    Responsibility for the product ends where instructions are disregarded.
